My thoughts and prayers go out to Jim's Family, the Pantheon Steel Family, and the entire community that is hurting real bad from this sad news.
I was lucky to get to meet Jim and spend some time with him. He was such a nice guy ! And so brilliant !!!!
I loved listening to his stories....

His legacy and his love will live on with every note.... played every day..... on every Halo..... around the world !
I personally will forever remember him as I play melodies on his beautiful Halo's.
For Pantheon Steel has changed my life......and I am forever grateful !
Today is a very sad day....

All my all that love Jim.
So thankful for my Halo's, Aether, AsaChan and Jan's Pannen....

Jim was indeed an amazing man and will be missed. I too was fortunate enough to have met him and also loved his stories, sharp wit and profound sense of dry humor. Without going into detail, I remember a story he told one time about when he worked on building the St. Louis Arch and by the end of his telling, those of us listening were both simultaneously amazed and laughing our butts off. RIP Jim...

Just like to pass on my condolences to the Pantheon Steel family and Jims family.
I never met him but have been lucky enough to have owned a few Halos and still own one. Nice to see his name on it. <3
There are a few videos of Jim on Youtube if anyone wants to connect...

Jim really was one of a kind and he will be sorely missed indeed. He was a brilliant engineer in several disciplines and could literally make any machine you could imagine and describe. He was a grand story teller too as ~jb mentioned. I heard that St. Louis arch story too, and he told many more fascinating stories that bring a smile to my face to recall. He created an amazing legacy that will go on creating new love in the world for long to come. What more could you hope for? <3

I saw this this morning and was not sure if or how to respond. I had not met Jim but seeing and hearing his work and the videos of him told the story of how much he will be missed for me. So sorry to his family and loved ones. <3

What a brilliant, inventive, farsighted man who pushed the envelop and helped bring such joy and passion to the world. Prayers for Jim's family and the whole PS team.
