Even though I never met MP inperson, he was/is an integral part of my Hang/Handpan journey. His online resources and participation across various web sites alternately enlightened and infuriated me.

He was a loyal dedicated acolyte, in my opinion.

He earned my respect and my gratitude for his thorough and dedicated efforts to educate the public and promote PANArt’s philosophies.

I will never know what his personal, private beliefs were, but his public position will live on for all to ponder.

May he be free of all pain, all suffering; one with the universal life force again.

Sad loss to the community though we didn't always agree i felt he was a gentleman. May he rest in long lasting peace.

Sadly i learned of Michaels' death yesterday.

He battled illnesses for many many years even before the integral part he took in the online Hang communities over the last 14 or so years.

I will miss him....he leaves a void.

May he rest in peace and be assured that his memory will live on.

Indeed, saw this sad news on September 24th too on Facebook, posted in the main Handpan group ("Handpan Instruments") by Frank Sturm.

All my condolences to his relatives...
He was a figure of Hang and Handpan family and I liked to exchange with him in public and sometimes in private.
Pure defender of PANArt, which some appreciated more than others, he helped many and he will be missed.
RIP Michael.
