Yet another Halo being flipped?

Postby spahr studios » Tue Apr 16, 2013 8:22 pm

I'm surprised I can't find anything on this forum about this Halo available on eBay right now:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Pantheon-St ... SS:US:3160

Says it's "NEW Pantheon Steel Halo Genesis- Golden Gate Tuning w/ INPEX center note"

Buy it now for $2500, auction began April 13 and only 2 bids, up to $50.00 right now. Strange. Photos of the orig. box, etc., and free shipping?! Seller in Humble, Texas...

Any thoughts? :wait: :? Looks like a flipper to me, and with the 2013 date of the instrument, "#571G, March 2013 production", is this from the auction already??

It's been spotted several times these last days, always the same, with the price and contact data in a image, maybe with a hacked account. When reported to eBay they will take the ad down because of this contact info in the image -- it's seen as an attempt to avoid eBay fees, though it's also a 100% certain sign it is a scam.
