Judging by the name, isn't this the same guy who is selling an Ake Bono Halo?

Not the same name (Robert Sobota / mconners72), not the same location (Michigan/Nevada), not the same eBay account... What do you mean exactly ?

Hey Tyler .... I think this is where the wires are crossed ...

From the Ake Bono thread ...

This instrument is being flipped.

We have explicitly requested that the seller, Matthew Conners, remove this auction at once.

The same is true of the brand-new Golden Gate being sold by Robert Sobota.

If you are talking about Roberto Sobota's Golden Gate, it's a Batch 2 coming from Pantheon Steel, so it should be $1,800 (+ top helmet it seems).
If you're talking about mcconners72' early Ake Bono starting at $5,500 : I guess it is $4,550 on eBay + retuning.

Michael, this is the thread about Roberto Sobota's Golden Gate on eBay... This is getting confused.

This is so sad--- Greedy Flippers have to be stopped! How can they live with themselves?
 :( :x :x
There has to be some sort of legal contract that can be signed at purchase time to guard against flipping?

I would never flip a Halo if I got one. Been waiting a year now patiently for a Halo and I will continue to wait because I know it will be worth it in the end. :)

I have a strong feeling that a golden gate (or copperfield) will eventually appear in my life. Keeping my fingers crossed.
