Keeping people who patiently managed to put $2000 on the side from spending them for one of THESE is positive, even if it's presented in a negative form. Damn those gold diggers!
I have all the respect in the world for anyone trying to tune handpans because you always start with failure but if you think this can be sold--and sold for $2000!--you will never have enough humility and distance to judge of the quality of your instruments.
