Possible Halo scam in dublin cragslist

Postby dblink » Wed Oct 16, 2013 6:01 am

When I contacted the seller requesting a recording, he sent a link to the halo recording page. When I asked to provide a video of him playing his actual pan, here was his response:

you need to protect yourself of what? do you think that i’m here to make frauds or what? I really don’t want to waste my time for nothing

So be warned, be safe out there

No video, doesn't even mention a sound model (who cares, after all ? :? )... and got it one year ago (ad was posted on 2013-10-01) but it has an apex/outie ?
Pantheon Steel was already using inpex/innie for some time at this date...
100% scam if another proof than the seller's answer was ever needed.

I usually find that if you ask the person anything about proving they aren't a scam, and they get angry, then it's a scam. If I were to sell a pan there would be no problem putting up a video or Skype etc.
I had a guy from a craigslist ad ask me for my email. And I said well let me get a video first and he flipped out saying how I was a bad person. SCAM.
