Some how .... some way .... if that's the case the last buyer backed out ... good for them .... somehow Ebay & paypal as secound and 3rd party .... should be in the loop....rather after the fact .... Ebay letting something go when seller refuses to disclose key information to potential buyer.... and paypal as agent for potential buyer has a responsibility to him ...
I would think on ebay fraud department would be interested and it would be dceptive not to inform paypal....
So if that is the same G.G. and information is given to both agents , saying unit will not be touched by halo ... ebay and paypal would be putting there trademark at risk... for guarantee of protection of said buyers.....
I don't use ebay and paypal one time on my wife's account ....paypal has 100% all partys interests at heart.... ebay will pull an auction down with any doubt..... I'm not halo, spb, bells, or saraz .... but this might be common ground that all can agree on... and look at that in future pan transactions that if a pan was fliped we feel for you but no builder will touch it .... that will make all take a step back in search of pan and put on paper ... put on website ...and make ebay and paypal be aware of innocent people not given full disclosure... and scams being serial numbers could be checked some where to know that sell is true and positive....
This would throw a wrench into aftermarket .... by putting in some speed bumps into the mix...Roy
